Wyboo Plantation is 8 miles south of Manning, SC on the northern environs of Lake Marion.  We are just ten miles off Interstate 95 exit 119; 87.5 mi. from Charleston;  71.5 mi. from Columbia, SC.

The Architectural Rules and Regulations specifically define and describe the design standards for Wyboo Plantation and various uses within Wyboo Plantation.  The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews, studies, and either approves or rejects proposed improvements on property, all in accordance with the Wyboo Plantation General Covenants and Conditions as set forth in these Architectural Rules and Regulations.  A copy of the ARC rules and regulations as well as pre-approved patio home plans can be found HERE.

Wyboo Covenants 12-09-10

There is an elected Board of Directors.  We also have a property manager and a grounds crew.

Yes, current property owners dues and fees are only $890 per year, and we’re debt free.

The Players Course, an eighteen hole, Championship Course meanders around and through Wyboo Plantation.

The Wyboo Golf Club, a Tom Jackson Signature Course is located within ½ mile of the Plantation.
