The Architectural Rules and Regulations specifically define and describe the design standards for Wyboo Plantation and various uses within Wyboo Plantation. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews, studies, and either approves or rejects proposed improvements on property, all in accordance with the Wyboo Plantation General Covenants and Conditions as set forth in these Architectural Rules and Regulations.
